How FlowWise collects, uses, and protects your information.

Information you provide directly

When you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe to our communications, or use our services, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Business name and industry
  • Business-related information you share during consultations
  • CRM and platform usage data (via GoHighLevel)
  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store credit card details)

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs
  • Interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and form submissions

This information is collected through cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7).

  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about your account, appointments, and services

4. Marketing communications

11. Your rights under California law (CCPA / CalOPPA)

Do Not Track: Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. However, you can manage tracking through your cookie preferences and browser settings.

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by FlowWise. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit. FlowWise is not liable for any data collected by third parties through their own websites or services.

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or applicable laws. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal information, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect.
